Registration
Ready to register for the conference?
The conference registration system requires all adults to register themselves with a unique email address.
Groups may also register online - one adult leader will register and add all Children, Youth, Chaperones, and Supporting Adults as guests under their registration.
For assistance with payments, Institutional Memberships, registration form issues/errors, switching the week of your registration, or cancellations, please contact pam@travelink.com.

Rates
Individual and Family Registration

Each Adult must register individually with a unique email address.
Do not add another Adult registration as a guest.
All Adults need to register themselves with a unique email address.

Log in if you have set up your account in PAM’s new system.

If you don’t know if you have an account, enter your email address in the New Users section.

If you are in the system, you will be asked to reset your password.

If you are not in the system, please create your password.
Group Registration

Groups are encouraged to register their Children, Middlers, Senior Highs, and Supporting Adults as Guests under the Group Leader’s registration.

The following registrations cannot be added as a guest:
o Adult Member or Non-Member registration (all Adults must register themselves).
o Anyone using a discount code (Scholarship recipients, Small Group Leaders…)

Upon registration be prepared to answer the following:
o Class preferences (Middlers and Senior Highs should fill out page two of the group form to assist their Group Leader in registering for their desired classes)
o Do they want to read in worship, serve as an usher, or serve communion?
o Do they plan to participate in instrumental ensembles (SH and Middlers only)?
If so, please know the instrument and level of ability/experience.
o Do they plan to register for Advanced or Intermediate Handbells (SH and Middlers only)?
If so, please know their level of ability, experience, and preferred bells.
o Grade completed in 2025 and t-shirt size, if ordering

When registering as part of a pre-defined Group, you will enter the Group Code as given to you by your Group Leader.

If you are a Group Leader and have not received a Group Code, please contact pam@travelink.com to request a code. Please provide your Group Name and Group Leader name including the Group Leader’s email address and phone number.
Group Additions and Cancellations

All group additions and cancellations must be processed manually by PAM.

Please complete the Group Additions and Cancellations Form for each person.

Additions received by Jan 22 get the early rate or received by April 22 for the regular rate.

Registrations will be processed in order of receipt.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does the conference begin and end?
The Worship & Music Conference is a one-week conference that takes place twice in two consecutive weeks. The conference begins with Opening Worship at 7:30 pm on Sunday, June 15th (Week 1) and Sunday, June 22nd (Week 2).
Is lodging included in my registration?
No, lodging and meals are not included in your registration. Arrangements for lodging and meals must be made separately from registration. You can arrange lodging with Montreat Conference Center or with privately owned housing for rent. The PAM office does not make these arrangements.

Is a conference t-shirt included with my registration?
No, but our fantastic shirts can be purchased separately for $20.

What is the cancellation policy for my registration fee?
All but $50 of the registration fee may be refunded through April 30th. After April 30th, no refunds will be issued without a doctor’s note that documents illness or significant hardship or risk in attending the conference. All cancellation requests must be in writing and received via email (pam@travelink.com) or U.S. Mail (Presbyterian Association of Musicians, 404 BNA Dr. Suite 650, Nashville, TN 37217). Payments by check will be refunded after the conclusion of the conferences (by July 31st).
