Join worshipers of all ages - musicians, leaders, and learners - for the largest annual gathering of Presbyterians welcoming participants of all denominations.

“Who’ll be a witness for my Lord?”
So begins the African American spiritual that has inspired the theme for the 2026 Worship & Music Conference. This conference will invite us to consider our collective call to be faithful witnesses to the crucified and risen Lord, no matter the circumstances that shape our common life together.

2026 WORSHIP & MUSIC CONFERENCE
CONFERENCE OPENING
The Conference will officially begin with worship at 7:30 pm on Sunday, June 21st (Week 1) and June 28th (Week 2).
CONFERENCE CHECK-IN
Conference Check-In will begin on Sunday, June 21st (Week 1) and June 28th (Week 2) from 2:00-5:00 pm and continue immediately following Opening Worship.
CONFERENCE CLOSING
The Conference will end with a Closing Concert beginning at 7:30 pm on Friday, June 26th (Week 1) and July 3rd (Week 2).
CONFERENCE LODGING
Lodging is not included in your conference registration and must be booked separately. Visit the Lodging & Meals page to learn more.
DAYTIME AND EVENING CHILDCARE & CLUBS
Children younger than rising 4th graders may not register for the conference. However, Montreat's regular daytime childcare and recreation programs - Montreat Clubs - are available by pre-registration for children ages two years through high school. Childcare and Clubs fees are payable to Montreat Conference Center. Evening childcare is available at an additional charge. Registration is required for childcare, and space is limited. You must register at least 30 days in advance of the conference to guarantee enrollment in the program.
Details about registration for Clubs and Childcare will be available in early March 2026.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
PAM is committed to hosting a safe conference. Health and safety are our top priorities as we look forward to gathering together in June. As we gather in community, we ask all participants to take simple steps to help protect one another:

Get your COVID booster: We strongly encourage all attendees to receive the updated COVID vaccine before arriving. Staying up to date helps reduce the risk of severe illness and protects vulnerable members of our community.

Test before you travel: Please consider taking a rapid COVID test before attending the conference. This helps ensure you're not unknowingly spreading the virus.

Monitor your health: If you feel unwell or develop symptoms such as sore throat, fatigue, or congestion, we ask that you test and take precautions. If you test positive, please follow CDC guidance on isolation and notify close contacts.
Together, we can create a safe and welcoming space for worship, learning, and music.
Medical Care
There is a First Aid station located on the upper level of the Allen Building, behind Anderson Auditorium. A healthcare professional is on duty Monday-Friday 8:30 am-1:00 pm and 1:30-4:30 pm. Emergency: Please call 911. There are walk-in clinics and doctors’ offices in Black Mountain. The nearest ER is in Asheville, approximately 20 minutes away.
